When you learn that there is a movie that goes to The Breakfast Club Zombies, it is an automatic investment. Thoughts are a match made in chaos. Who is better at introducing mayhem to the audience than writer/director Marcus Dunston and co-author Patrick Melton? They have come to present UNHUMAN, their latest terrifying project. They are known for their dedication to their particular brand of blood, courage, and humor. With an after-school special, the audience is led on an exciting trip from start to finish, despite the challenges, with a credit sequence at the conclusion. UNHUMAN AFDAH

UNHUMAN establishes the dynamics and personalities of some of its main characters before the madness begins. The audience is introduced to Ever (Brian Tazu), who is attempting to figure out who she is as a person. Her difficulties are related to the strength of our social need for high school to be divided into easily identifiable categories, though Tju's less reliable performance is more difficult to accept. While Ever is locked in a trance, her best friend (but easily forgotten) Tamra (Ali Gallo) is one of the greatest children and has found her tribe. While certain characters suffer from being less frequently featured than others, viewers get to understand more about them. There is so much more to see beyond the surface, and it is easier to recognise who people truly are at times of severe stress. Here we can observe how effectively Dunston and Melton know how to take advantage of the expectations of the audience. Overall, UNHUMAN takes a leap of faith. It beats the well-known rhythms, evocative of 1980s high school classics. It is preferable to read the discourse of today's youngsters than to abolish the native language. Today's youth and all that. That said, the writing contains a lot of wonderful spooky fun that keeps it new. At half-point, the plot takes a turn in itself, with the last act offering a massive pile of pandemonium that made me start laughing out loud. Despite being delightfully humorous, the video has a serious tone throughout, tackling the issue of bullying and its consequences.
